Steve Davoren - Partner
Steve Davoren is the Principal and founding partner of Davoren Associates. Steve has been practising law since 1978
and oversees the operation of the entire firm.
He has extensive professional experience in the areas of Property Law, Securities and Mortgage Investment, and is the Managing Director of Assured Management Limited, a Responsible Entity and Licensed Securities Dealer under the Managed Investments Act.
Steve is a member of the Queensland Law Society. Steve has lived on the Gold Coast all his life and enjoys his involvement with the Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club and the Gold Coast Turf Club.
Steve is the honorary Solicitor for the Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club.
Michael Coman LLB B Bus - Partner
Michael has been employed with Davoren Associates since 1990 and was appointed partner in 1997.
Michael is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and has experience in all types of Personal Injuries Claims, Workers Compensation and General Litigation. He has practiced in the areas of Property Law, Commercial Law, Wills, Estates and Litigation for in excess of 15 years.
Holding a degree in Law from the Queensland University of Technology, Michael was awarded the Justin Geldard Memorial Prize on graduation. He also has a Bachelor of Business degree
majoring in Accounting from Griffith University. Michael is a member of both the Queensland
Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
Robyn Black - Solicitor
Robyn joined our team in January 2006 and during this time has handled the majority of the firm's Family Law files. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Australia in October 1987 and since then has practiced predominantly in the area of Family Law.
Robyn holds a degree in Law from the Queensland University of Technology, is a solicitor of the High Court of Queensland and a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association.
